  This bank continues to dish out the most stressful banking experience in the history of banking. Their website is down again... it's noon on a Friday. I have been waiting for days for a payment I made to my cable company. They haven't even begun processing it, I made it a week ago. My balance is in limbo until that payment goes through. I really really really hate this bank!

  THIS BANK IS AWFUL . my grandma was in a nursing home and at that time the nursing home was requesting paperwork from the bank for medical reasons . it took the bank over a month to send after several times of contacting the bank . which made it difficult For the state of Connecticut to approve her health insurance .

  Shady, will try to bilk you repeatedly. Has very poor location choice in the region. Just bank with TD or even Chase.
