  Finally, a chance to speak about this horrendous bank! This bank has undergone plastic surgery in the worst way. They are dishing out the most stressful banking experience in the history of the world. Let me give you an example. If you make a purchase... any purchase online, or with your debit card, it will take many days for it to show up in the balance. They will put a hold on most purchases and now they are putting transactions in a list for you to see, called "pending transactions". The only clue you have as to whom you are paying is the transaction amount. It will take, as I said, days and days to clear. Next example: Incoming direct deposits are not available until after 8:00 in the morning, (use to be available as soon as it hit the bank - around 4:00 AM). That causes a huge delay in my morning. One more, please: The website is not available after 12:00 midnight, until, ...whenever they decide to put it back online (could be 4:00 AM but not earlier, it doesn't matter, nothing new will show up until much later in the day, or the next day. They call it "routine maintenance" (like no one needs to check their balance at 1:00 in the morning.) My advice to anyone considering this bank as their primary bank is forget about it, choose another one. Oh yea, I have to mention this: If your' balance is low, they will often hold one transaction and hide it from you just until the day before you get paid and then suddenly spring it on you so that you overdraw or pull an insufficient funds, so they can charge you a 39 dollar fee. (I guess they have to make some money somehow or they would be forced to close even more branches then they have already). Thanks for your time.

  Helpful friendly staff who give you personal care. Have always enjoyed visiting this location. They even know my name! Love it.

  On the website there is no closed bank announcement. ; I wasted my time going today.

  PLEASE UPDATE YOURS HOURS IN ALL BANKS.. especially in HAVERSTAW & STONY POINT
