  I went there to deposit $500 to reactivate my account, the banker had a condensing tone and teller not very friendly didn't even say have a good day. Go to Chase, it's much better.

  My card was recently compromised and it took more than 10 working days to receive new one. Sterling Bank is not convenient enough, for me, after many Astoria Bank locations have closed.
