  I was trying to do a cash deposit on my restricted account but was denied service because of the branch manager Abdool Shakur being one of the rudest people on the planet. He interrupted me on several occasions as I was talking, then has the audacity to call me rude when I get rightfully frustrated at him talking over me. It was already a stressful week with Chase in general and he made the experience terrible by being very rude and disrespectful to me. I apologize to any of the workers that have to work under him, it must be miserable.

  If you want to go to a bank where no one wants to work., this is the place for you. Waited 30 Min to see a banker, only to be told I have to come again another day. No respect for your time what so ever. Banker also picks and chooses who they want to see, if they know that your request will take a long time they will choose another person to help even though he or she came after you…. Pathetic…

  Such disappointment! I left work only just to come before 5pm. I was happy i made it at 440pm. The inside doors were locked. i knock on the doors and i see workers and tellers ignoring me, right in front of me. None of them was courteous enough to get to the door and open even if it was to tell me they’re closed. I kept knocking pointing at the time - kept ignoring . Then only One lady saw me from distance and just made a sign with her hands that they are already closed and turned around. I checked the times of operation just to make sure I’m not losing my mind. And yes - they were supposed to be open till 5. It was such upsetting experience!

  Based on the phone number provided by chase.co and google search noone picks up their phone for few days . And they don't give you secondary number

  Horrible service. YELIXA is the WORST!!! Stay away. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.Had to call chase corporate on her because of her poor customer service just to pay a credit card statement!

  My favorite Chase Branch. Amazing staff... Especially the Manager. Always helpful. Thank you guys ... Keep up the excellent work.

  I just come here to use the ATM. It's a 24/7 ATM. Card-based access after hours. There might be a line half the time during the day and early evening.

  Worst customer service it looks like manager is covering younger brothers that is worst if you want to open an account please not hear he would give you all problems he can
