  Great deal on a very modest advance, surprisingly did not get hit with an outrageous ACH, the paperwork was mostly straight forward. The renewal came in fast and they funded me super fast on shorty notice from my end. All I had was four months business bank statements and a land lord letter the first time. Luckily, there were nice people who believed in me and my business.

  I have been shopping for a loan... it was pretty ridiculous to be getting prices out of this world. I mind as well wait for an approval for a bank loan that way. As a few options on my list, I have across these guys website. Turned out to be direct lender with reasonable options. For example, my industry fit their criteria for overall payback amount exactly half of the best offer out of dozens I've had. Considering the outcome, I am very happy with this institution. Will seek future opportunities with them when the cashflow is tight. Good job guys
