  My husband and I used Weatherstone to inspect a property that we are looking at purchasing. We had 7 days to have the inspection done, and not only were they quick in response to my call (someone answered after hours) they scheduled it the next business day. The inspection was very thorough, inspectors helpful and great with explanations and communication, and we had the report back the same day. Very well worth the cost! And a great company to work with.

  From booking our inspection to the inspection report at the end, everything went so smoothly! Corey is a true professional, everything in the home was inspected thoroughly and being this is our first home inspection he clearly explained everything in an easy to digest manner.

  This company came recommended from family who used their services for a recent home inspection before purchasing in Berkley making it easy to request their services for my home nearby in Southfield. Professional and thorough, Zach (our inspector) was able to quickly and respectfully identify areas of concern and repair with our home as well as offer local contacts for the various work that we wanted to have done to remedy these. It was wonderful to have such honest and accurate work done in with advice stemming from his years of experience in the field. I will be using their services again should I need any additional inspections and tests in their service area.

  I would recommend Weatherstone to any new or existing home buyers. Our inspector, Tim, was very thorough and explanatory of all findings.   Weatherstone was recommended to me for a new home inspection. The inspector arrived right on time and was very polite and accommodating. He was more than happy to explain anything he found that would go in the report as he was going through the property and he was extremely thorough, much more so than I would have expected. All of that and the price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them.

  Extremely thorough. In a vacant used home, Tim spent nearly 2.5-3 hours of inspecting. I didn’t need to follow him around. If he found something I needed to be aware of, he came and found me to show me and discuss. The report that is output at the end is fantastic, with photos and comments on all findings. With a finished basement, the pricing was more than competitive, and for what I received, it was completely worth the value.

  My husband & I used Weatherstone back in 2015 for a home inspection prior to purchasing our home. Thanks to their thorough inspection, we were able to negotiate a price with their findings and proceed to purchase the house. Fast forward to 2017, my Mom was searching for a new home and had Weatherstone out for her potential home. I would call Weatherstone "The deal breakers" in a good way! They were thorough and were able to detect severe structural damage in which the owner seemed to not care about and we were able to walk away with out getting screwed into owning a house needing $20,000 worth of structural issues. My Mom did find another house that upon Weatherstone inspecting, any repairs needed were small and manageable. Sorry for the long post, but fast forward to 2019, looking for a home for my Mom closer to us, we called Weatherstone again to do a home inspection. They were diligent, thorough in all details, answered any questions and provided us with an above satisfactory inspection report. Looking forward to the closing date and having my Mom living closer to us. Thank you Weatherstone. I will continue to recommend/refer your services to anyone in need of a Home or Septic Inspection.

  Dan did a fantastic job of walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable and that I understood the process and the various items on the report. I feel that he went out of his way to make the inspection as thorough as possible while still keeping me in the loop. As a first time home buyer, I was very appreciative of the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  They did a great job, explained their findings and were very thorough in their search. No corners were cut with the home and septic inspection. These guys know what their doing!
