      They send anything and eveything to your credit. My fiance has a loan through them and I understand payments..But when you explain to a place the reason you are late and they just...dont care....life happens. People ger sick or hurt. Why send in late payments...I understand if someone was six or nine months..but to be behind 2 months..to me isnt bad. We also asked for permission to get lower insurance and they refused. We hate that we are stuck with this place

      1 ATM. Commonly broken. Sometimes will give u bills, broken, and wont take them back. (Happened to me TWICE with two 50's)

      Would like to give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. I’ve had nonstop problems with ATM card as well as digital banking with VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO RESOLVE!! Will be closing accounts never to return.

      I've been with 4 different banks before I changed to Advia. The staff greets you by name every time, there is almost never a wait time, and great rates. I highly suggest looking at advia if you are in search of a new banking institution.

      Got an auto loan for a truck thru Advia CU and I cannot stand this credit union, they charge for everything, you can't make a payment online, by credit card or over the phone without being charged a big fee, this is not how credit unions are supposed to treat their members, I'll be looking to refinance elsewhere very soon !!!!
