  Wave Lending was phenomenal and the team was very responsive and supportive! My parents worked with Joel and Wave Lending to buy their house when they moved to Seattle a few years back and greatly enjoyed how great he and the team was that they recommended him to me when I moved out here! Joel and members of his team were always touching base and walking me through all of the ins and outs of the home buying experience. Probably one of the best parts was that after I made an offer on a place, Joel worked together with my agent and even reached out to the seller to advocate on my behalf! This little personal touch definitely sets the Wave Lending team apart from the rest. Joel also knew his stuff and was very patient with me when going over the numbers and shopped around for the lowest rates, especially with all of the uncertainty in the markets and the world as a whole. Joel and Wave Lending helped get me quickly approved and got me all squared away so there were no issues when I did have an offer accepted on the house I fell in love with. I know that my parents and I were very happy working with Joel and will continue to pass out his contact information if ever we are asked! Thanks so much for helping me with my first home purchase during such a crazy time!

  Wave Lending was absolutely fantastic to work with. I’d been working with a number of other lenders from online searches prior to getting a recommendation for wave. It was a night and day experience! The Wave team worked till nearly midnight to get me an offer letter, then the initial rates they offered were in a fare better class than any other lender. Once I was under contact the speed of service continued and was enhanced by a clear set of expectations of the way ahead and information I’d need to provide. I was never in question of where I was in the process, what they were working on, or what I was doing. I would fully recommend working with this team to anyone looking for a lender in this area! 10/10 will work with again.

  If I could give more stars I certainly would. Wave lending had been a life saver for my family and I. They are extremely polite and positive. They helped us every step of the way. Joel, Jessica, Tara, and Kara were fantastic and were always available when I needed them. All in all I will be recommending to everyone I know who is thinking about purchasing a home.   If I could rate Wave Lending with more stars I would. I have now used Joel and Wave Lending to buy my house, and to refinance 2 times. In the past I had used other companies. After my 1st time using Wave lending, I was so satisfied with their service, I will now only use this company in the future. They are exactly how other companies should operate. Each time it is phenomenal service. Wave Lending is very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and place your needs at the forefront of the process. They are always able to make the process painless and very expeditious. Even after purchasing my house and refinancing, they would check in from time to time to see if there were any issues.   We had a wonderful experience working with Wavelending and they've made our first time home purchase memorable. My fiancée and I found a great deal on a house but it required a longer than usual waiting time before purchase. Wavelending went above and beyond to stay with us and work with us until we were ready to purchase. They have an incredible staff that are welcoming and professional that helped us through out the whole closing process.   Joel and his team worked hard for me and worked with my realtor in order to help me find my first home. They were responsive with all correspondence. With the market currently, home buying was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster but the team at Wave went through it with me and my realtor.
