Deanna Meisel1Apparently, Wachula State Bank is closing they have a system error and are working to fit it. That doesn’t help my daughter and her fiancé get gas in their vehicles or buy food for the week. When they tried shopping, both of their cards were declined. I’ve never heard of a bank system error like this before. Kind scary…

Billy Evans1Terrible bank. Don't ever overdraw your account by even a dollar or they will charge you 29.50 for every transaction. *Spoke with the Mrs. Cobb and was very politely told to "push sand".

Isalia Guerrero1I opened an account and never received my bank card. I went in to close my account today since it never came in and two months had passed by already. Got hit with a 20 dollar fee for closing the account before 3 months passed. Plus the monthly fee they charge to have the account open. :(

Lacie Swaggs1I found someone’s debit card that belongs to this bank, I called the bank and got an answering machine , that was two days ago when I left a message saying that I found someone’s debit card and asking what I should do with it and no reply at all. I’m guessing they will charge this person for a lost card and to get a new one. If this was my bank I’d be very embarrassed that they didn’t help me recover my bank card , avoid this bank at all costs.

Steph Moore5Whenever I enter this bank, everyone is always friendly. I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes to have assistance from the tellers. The bank tellers, by the way, are always smiling and eager to assist!!

Daniel Garduno1They charge you for balance inquiry if you are from another bank, plus the charge to use the ATM. They do not update frequently for transactions and there are limited banks only in central flordia. I was with wauchula state bank for two years and it was the worst bank I ever dealt with.
