  Horrible insurance agent...I specifically told them the only way i get mail is email and text...my insurance policy got canceled for over 30 days because they did not do there jobs...then the company dairyland I was with through them is trying to steal my money after I canceled and got another policy...I would recommend you staying far away from this insurance agent being they don't do there job...nor do they care about their customers...then after my insurance was canceled for over 30 days they tried jacking my rates up because I had a lapse of insurance...they said they had a problem processing the payment but my bank said they never even tried to take a payment...took me off auto pay and then canceled...no professionalism at all...they say they will call you back never do...one associate finally called me back ...

  I have been using Budget Bi Rite for 16 years and I still use them for my insurance needs. You will always get friendly customer service and they will take the time out to make sure your getting the best insurance. I give them an A plus.

  Apparently they hired someone new that messed up my insurance policy (their words not mine) and it has taken over a month for it to be fixed and I'm still working on having it fixed because they don't care to try and help. I shouldn't have to sit on the phone 6 times to fix a problem that THEY caused! I was supposed to get my paperwork to sign a month ago on the 4th and just now got it today on the 20th so have I even really been insured even though I paid on the 4th? This is ridiculous!

  I have never worked with a more professional agency. So prompt to help me with all of my policies. From my Autos, to my home and my boat. I called around to multiple places and they had the best customer service by far. Great rates also!!
