  Went to this bank with a death certificate to remove a name on the account. Elderly 81 year woman was told to pay off 4000.oo loan or they would repo her only transportation. Entire family closing all accounts!! family is closing their accounts.

  They have great costumer service. They have a professional follow up time. Bridget is our go to agent. Mayda is also a great agent, she is very efficient and knowledgeable.

  I'm canceling my account with thid bank. They have stolen $60 from me in the last 3 days. And now i still have to pay the negative to cancle my acount. And they refuse to acknoledge what they did.

  I've opened a savings account with mid-florida and recently been approved for a credit card through them as well. Patty Valerio was nice, easy to talk to and very helpful in assisting me with all my financial needs. I think mid-florida is a great place to open a savings/checking account with and to build credit with.
