  We were recommended Home 1st by our realtor company. After reaching out, we were quickly responded to and given a crash course in home buying and mortgages. Though we started our process right as Covid picked up speed we were able to speak with Caleb easily over the phone whenever we had questions. Luckily we also got to see him via a very helpful video that walked us through the steps we were about to take when we found the right home. The first time home buying process was stressful in many ways, but we always had any questions answered clearly, and our loan processed very quickly. We highly recommend Home 1st, not only because of the amazing service but also Caleb worked to find us the very best rates and saved us so much at closing.

  Buying a house is a very stressful process well at least it could be , but not with this amazing team working with Caleb . Home 1st lending is amazing amazing amazing company, I can't explain how awesome they are and were with me every step of the way..   Caleb, Jazmyn and Moe were absolutely fantastic! They answered any question no matter how big or small and we felt extremely taken care of throughout the whole process. They were wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone. As first time home buyers you never know what to expect, but the one thing that was always comforting was we always felt like they were in our corner, working quickly and efficiently and always available if we needed anything. We are all the way in Massachusetts and buying a home in Florida and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you, the process was seamless. We hope we just bought our forever home, but, if we ever decide to move you bet we’ll call Caleb in a heartbeat. Great experience!

  Nick Vargas and his team were great! He is professional, very efficient, and helpful! He was very patient and explained everything in great detail throughout the whole process which made things a lot easier. Nick and his team really care about helping their clients!   My wife and i were looking at refinancing our house. We contacted Home 1st Lending and were lucky enough that Marcel Putterman answered the phone. He flawlessly assisted us through the entire process. He answered all our our questions in a timely manner and the best thing was that he simplified all the “financial terminology “ so it was easy to understand so we knew exactly what we were getting into. I highly recommend Marcel Putterman and cant thank him enough for his help!!!

  Sarina was our loan originator! She did an amazing job at keeping us up to date with what was going on during the process of our 203K renovation refinance loan. We used her when we purchased our home and requested her again for our Reno loan! I am so thankful for her hard work along with her team. Fantastic company to work with.

  I used this lender as a recommendation from my realtor and they did not disappoint. I want to acknowledge Suleyma Bolano, my loan officer and Jazmin Garcia, my processor for such an easy and smooth experience!
