We could not have been more than happy to have worked with a trustworthy team. The application and overall process were incredibly smooth, and more than 95 percent of the paperwork were digital, which made availability and feasibility of signing paperwork promptly. Communication is Seth and his team's strongest asset - all questions were answered what seemed to be immediately, which is what you want for your home buying process as you don't want a single delay from closing on your home. We highly recommend Seth and his team to take care of you as you search for your home.

  We were grateful for the expertise and engagement of the staff at Cross Country Mortgage. I ask a lot of questions (a lot), and the team at Cross Country were quick to respond in email, and over the phone. Without prompting, they worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible. They have good market knowledge, and waited until close to closing to lock-in the best possible rate. They also looked for opportunities to reduce the cash needed to close, which helped us pay for a moving service, & some incidental costs of moving.

  If there was 100 stars I would give them to Jenna & her team at Cross Country Mortgage! This is the second time Jenna has handled our home transactions and I could not think of using anyone else. She answers the phone almost every single time and when she is unsure of something she will find the answer and get back to you immediately. I mean, I like fast service but WOW- it goes beyond that! The care that the ENTIRE team puts into giving you the best options for what you are trying to accomplish is incredible.
