  Always available and will to break down everything even if they just got off the phone with you 3 mins before. I have zero complaints this process was super smooth and every one of Cathy's staff was there to help.

  I've worked with Cathy and her team twice now, on purchasing my first home and refinancing, and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! Her team is very responsive, will call, text and email to make sure you understand every step of the process and they make sure to explain all of your options in simple terms if you need it. There was never a lack of communication and worked around my schedule which I appreciate!

  We had the opportunity to work with Cathy during the process of purchasing of our first home and we were so thrilled that she was able to help us when we were ready to upgrade to our next home! Cathy is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients understand every step in the process of purchasing a home. She makes herself available outside of work hours to answer questions and is always willing to email or discuss any questions or concerns over the phone. We couldn't imagine choosing anyone else to help!
