  Will never go through this company again. I liked the lady that helped me with my loan, but after I paid it off trying to get my escrow check back has been ridiculous. My money is just sitting out in Limbo since Dec. 2021. Guess I have to give 1 star but wanted to give them NO stars because that is my money they are not returning.

  Erik at America is a rockstar. We've used AmeriCU for our last two house purchases and for refinancing, and I am continually impressed with their low rates, timeliness, and efficiency. Communication is so important when purchasing a home, and Erik is always quick to respond, willing to answer any questions I have, and about to explain things in a way that make sense. We considered switching mortgage companies with our recent home purchase because we found a lower rate, but AmeriCU was able to match that rate, and I'm so glad they could because we were reluctant to leave a company with such stellar customer service. I hands down recommend AmeriCU to all of my family and friends!

  The experience I had with Erik was amazing... constant contact throughout every step. He really helped me get into my new home. Was very polite and positive and that really helped with the long process that I was enduring... he was very up front and honest. Not to mention a very stand up gentleman. Very admirable. Would recommend to anyone.

  From the moment we first talked on the phone Patricia and her valued assistant was working on our case. I tried for over a week to obtain my VA certificate, her assistant obtained it online while I was talking with them. No surprises, straight up ahead of schedule. What a relief. Our previous lender tried to switch us to an ARM half way through. Absolutely recommend them especially to veterans.

  I've worked with Patricia and her team twice, once for my first mortgage and then again for my refinance. I went back to her to refinance because of my initial great experience! She was very kind, educational, nonjudgmental, and thorough. I would choose her and her team time and time again!
