  Just finished moving into my new home thanks to Waterstone Mortgage, specifically Rebecca Stiles... Spent a year looking for a home. Couldn't find anything in this crazy housing market. And whenever I did find an option, I kept getting denied by every single lender our there. I knew exactly what I could afford, but because of some previous occurrences in the past, kept getting denied. Then Rebecca was recommend to me. From day 1, she was willing to work with me, and was 100% honest with what I needed to do on my end to get my credit score up to get a pre approval. Over the next months, I put in the work to get debt paid off and my credit score up. The entire time Rebecca was in contact with me giving my encouragement. I finally got the to the score I needed to get preapproved. I found a home that was in my price range, only to be outbid. Found another home that was over my preapproval, but I knew I could afford. Rebecca came up with solutions to get me an increase in my preapproval. And now my wife and I are in our home and we LOVE it.... I felt a genuine desire from Rebecca to want to get me into a home. She didn't just outright reject me. She listened, understood, and came up with solutions that has ultimately got me into my home. I am EXTEREMELY grateful for the work that Rebecca put in for me. You will NOT go wrong choosing Rebecca and Waterstone Mortgage. She will be completely upfront with you about is needed to get to a preapproval, and she will follow up with you everyday.   Rebecca with Waterstone Mortagage really went the extra mile to help me close on my home. Moving from SC to IL was stressful enough but not knowing what to expect with IL laws and regulations just added to the stress. No matter how frustrated I got Rebeeca was patient and understanding and explained why we had to do some of the things I didn't have to do with my fist home in SC. She helped me get my family out of a hotel and into our new home. Having her help with your next mortgage is highly recommended.

  Brent was amazing to work with. He always responded quickly and was available any time we had questions. We had a really complicated deal and he did everything in his power to make sure we were able to purchase our dream home.

  Megan Thacker and the waterstone mortgage team just helped me successfully close on my first home for myself and my children. The process was intimidating and I had no idea what I was doing but Megan guided me through it start to finish. Even directing me to down payment assistance and education programs. I can't thank these people enough

  Rebecca and her team are amazing! We were always pointed in the right direction and all of our questions were answered immediately! Although we had some bumps in the road (on our end) they continued to work fast and efficient to get us in our home asap! I highly recommend Waterstone Mortgage and I will continue to do so!   I was very happy with the services that I have received. I got very quick responses with friendly services. This is my first time buying a home on my own so Rebecca along with my realtor help me secure a safe home for me and my boys. I am very pleased and happy with my home and with how smoothly the transition was for us. Rebecca was very professional, very courteous and very kind. I definitely recommend her to anyone buying a home for the first time.
