  Prairie State Bank & Trust has been our bank for around five years. We made the switch from Busey Bank when we decided to build our own home. PSB&T was one of the few banks locally that would fund a construction loan with the homeowner also being the general contractor. Everyone was great to work with at the time of our build and closing. With rates being so low, we recently decided to do a refinance. Our loan officer Allison was amazing to work with and was there to help us through the entire process. I would highly recommend working with Prairie State.

  We absolutely love, Prairie State Bank. They helped us get out of a terrible loan on our house then six months later refinanced it again at a mich lower rate. So low in fact, that the closing costs were covered by skipping a months payment between loans. Then, we askes if we could refinance our car aith them away from another company. They did it quickly, reducded our bumber of payments, and saved us a few thousand over the life of the loan. Allison and Brian are excellent. Call them. They will answer any questions you have. I couldnt recommend them more.

  I began my home purchase process in late August with Allison Bond. She was very responsive and hands on! I needed a pre-qualification very quickly, after providing me a link to the application, Allison expedited my pre-qualification and I had my letter within minutes. The remaining approval process for my home loan was easy and seamless thanks to Allison and Prairie State Bank! If you are in the market for a home and want friendly, in person service, Prairie State Bank and Allison Bond are the way to go!

They have so many unique options for your accounts, their mobile app is very user friendly and looks very modern, and not to mention, your accounts build INTEREST! The employees are amazing and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10, would reccomend 😉
