  should be no stars. everyone who works at ANY location is entitled and acts just that way. i had an old money order i didn’t need anymore, just money collecting dust. i go to cash it at my bank with the account i’ve has since i was 15 years old, and i flat out get told no for some bogus reason. unfortunately it was the manager who said that, so no wonder this new location is in shambles. i’ll be changing my direct deposit’s to my new bank and will never come here again. every location in Pontiac, IL is the same exact way. just take all your money elsewhere.

  First Farmers State Bank in Bloomington is Amazing! They all go above and beyond for their customers! They know us by name and truly care about us and our needs as a business and personal. I couldn’t imagine doing any of our banking any where else!

  The best banking experience anyone can have. Whether it’s Minier, Delavan or Bloomington, you are greeted with warm welcomes and absolute respect. They truly care about their customers. Cannot recommend a bank more!

  I am a bank of Pontiac customer and with this branch recently becoming a branch, I gave it a visit today for some needs I had. They were super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great!

  This bank is the best!! I've had nothing but a great experience all the staff are great they know you by name, always their to help you. They are my family and I know they feel the same. Thanks First Farmers State Bank!!!!!

  The staff here is top notch , from the tellers to the VP's! I highly recommend FFSB!
