  I am incredibly grateful for the hard work that Marty put into helping me buy my dream home. Marty is a professional compassionate mortgage lender that you will not find in any other place. Marty has actually came to bring documents for me to sign because I could not get to him. Marty is incredibly knowledgeable.   Through the whole process (from qualification all the way through closing) Marty and Mikayla at Waterstone in Albuquerque did a great job. Response times were very fast, and I always received clear explanations for my questions along the way. I highly recommend Marty at Waterstone for a fast turn time and great service on a new mortgage when buying a home.

  Marty Padilla and his team at Waterstone mortgage were a pleasure to work with. Communication with the team was always very quick. If I had a question Marty was always immediately there to answer via text, email or by phone. This was our second mortgage using the VA and Marty helped guide us thru some VA requirements that were a little more complicated this time around. I would highly recommend Marty Padilla and his team for your mortgage needs

  Martin Padilla and his staff at Waterstone Mortgage were very attentive to my needs and concerns while obtaining financing for a mortgage through this company. They responded immediately to any of my concerns or questions either by text, email or return phone call. When I say immediately, I mean it; every inquiry was responded to literally within minutes.
