  Kathryn and her team were amazing to work with on purchasing our first home. She did excellent on guiding us on how to work on our credit to get it where it needed to be. Kathryn also did great at explaining how to continue improving even after purchasing. Her team was very prompt at responding via texts, calls, emails, etc. I highly recommend this team for first time home buyers that are learning the process for the first time such as we ourselves.

  Kathryn and her team at Waterstone mortgage is amazing. They helped me buy the house I was renting at the time. They answered all my questions plus educating me in areas that I was not knowledgeable. I could not believe how quickly they were able to get me approved, also keeping the timeline so that we could close on the date that we agreed on. I highly recommend them, they will steer you straight, and do you know wrong.

  My experience with working with Waterstone was great. They were warm and friendly from Dalton who greets you to the loan officer who worked with me. However more importantly they were efficient. Kathryn Brune knows her stuff and she makes sure everything is in place so you close when you're supposed to close. She has a wealth of knowledge and freely shares it with you.

  10/10 was my first time buying a house. Kathryn and her team did a great job answering any questions I had. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to them at any time. Also was always given enough time to look everything over and take my time to make a decision, never felt pressured into doing or signing anything. Will definitely be using them in the future and hopefully can point some friends and family in her direction so they have the same great experience I had.

  Kathryn with Waterstone Mortgage is so pleasant to work with! We could tell she really enjoys her job and helping people find the best loans with the right price. As a new homeowner there were so many unknowns and Kathryn was so knowledgeable. She has great experience. We recently refinanced with her after living in our home for 3 years and she worked to get us an excellent new rate. She follows up promptly also which is much appreciated. I highly recommend her for a stress free process!!
