  If I could give more stars I would. Going in I was very skeptical because I had been let down so many times in the past couple of weeks. I sat down with Kristen and she explained to me my credit situation and told me it was going to be hard but not impossible. She then met with Ben and they both went absolutely above and beyond to get me the EXACT car I needed. Even though I arrived an hour before closing I never felt rushed they both took their times with me and I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me and my family.

  These guys are awesome! Ben was super helpful and knowledgeable in a non pushy/salesmen way, which I appreciated. I had a great experience months ago from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was skeptical about taking my car in as a trade cause it had some issues but they were able to give me a great deal with paying it off and getting me into my new car. Their variety is huge since they can pull from other lots. This is the 6th car I’ve bought at a dealership and by far the smoothest and best feeling of not getting screwed over that I’ve had from others! Lol 😂 Will definitely be back when I’m back in the market! Thank you! My friend also bought a car there after me with pretty bad credit. They work with a lot of different banks/credit situations and she was sure she would get denied like she had at a few other places. They got her approved and she’s back to rebuilding her credit. Worth a try if you’re worried about that!

  My husband and I decided to finally just buy a car from the dealers. Sean Bryan helped us get the best deal with the most reliable car. We weren’t expecting much, just some little car I’ll want to trade in 2years anyways. But when he showed us the first car, a Jeep Wrangler (used). I was instantly in love. I didn’t want to part ways with this Baby. And Sean Bryan made sure we got the best deal, he helped us through the process and was just so friendly and attentive. He knew what he was talking about that and that refreshing for a car dealer to actually care about his customers

  Great experience! Would recommend to anyone who has poor credit or trouble getting a loan elsewhere. I worked with Katelyn, Kristen and Ben and all were incredibly nice, super helpful and efficient at the process.

  Ben has an amazing team of ladies. Sabrina, Kristen, And Katelyn are amazing young ladies who do what it takes to help their clients. It doesn't matter if you don't have established credit, have repos, filed for bankruptcies. They put in the work to get you the best!

  I went in on a Sunday sat in the dealership for three and half hours, finally approved and told the vehicle I was approved for needed the GM to finalize on the next morning. Next morning came and nothing. Contacted the salesman and was told a different story that it had mechanical work done on it so put it at a higher price so they needed to find me a different vehicle. Keep getting told daily several times a day that we are working on it and will be figured out today. Several days later and I am still waiting. Seems to be very unprofessional at this point and the fact I am only being offered ONE vehicle as an option when their site has several even priced under what the vehicle I approved for in the first place is. That vehicle in question still shows on their website at the same exact price it was the day I sat in the dealership for hours. Would be nice if communication was there and no run around blatant lies and excuses are given.

  Today I was able to acquire a brand new Jeep with the help of Brady Gunter. He wen above and beyond to help me achieve this goal. Brady and Jeff his finance officer made this happen for me and my husband. We appreciate the commitment they exhibited to see us through this process. We typically have a negative experience when dealing with car salesman’s. Today they renewed our outlook that people really go out of their way to help people with challenged credit. We truly appreciate this team and turning a negative into a positive.

  Got “pre approved” for a loan through credit karma after having trouble getting a loan due to credit issues but was told that they could work with those issues and was pre approved for a loan and to come schedule an appointment. I asked about how much I was approved for and for what details of the term and was told that I would have to come in and see. I explained my past situations of getting my time wasted by having to schedule hour long bus rides just to get to the dealership and not be approved and was told that I was good just to bring my paperwork and Ill be set. Day of the appointment I was contacted to confirm I was coming in I AGAIN explained my past situations and tried to see how much I was approved for thinking I’m pre approved and was just told to come in and I explained how I was hesitant to come in because of being let down so many times in the past that I didn’t wanna waste my time trying to get over there just to be let down and I get there and was told I wasn’t approved! After I clearly stated more than twice about my situation and not wanting to waste my time. Left annoyed with the whole situation. Took me 2 buses and over an hour just to get over there and to be told no when it could’ve been handled over the phone....

  Big Al helped me get approved, find a safe and attractive car all in one day! He helped me find something suitable for my needs and financial capacity and really listened and addressed my concerns.   My sister just bought a car here and I went with her to make sure all went well. Their customer service was top of the line. They weren't the pushy salesman that you would expect going to a dealership. Very helpful in finding the car she wanted without trying to upsale her. It seemed like they really just cared about getting what she had wanted and getting her a good deal after qualifying her. I would recommend my family and friends to come here as well. The environment is a very comfortable place to be in. No pressure. No salesman breathing down your neck making sure you buy something. No upsale or no overcharging. I think I'm trading in my car next month with them now aha. Good company to do business with.
