  There is no better group to help you with your mortgage than Wasatch Mortgage Solutions! Devin helped us with our original loan and did a phenomenal job and then gave us a call a year later to let us know we qualified for a much lower interest rate if we refinanced. We would have had no idea about this opportunity if he hadn't thought of us! He was with us every step of the way, was very responsible, timely, and got us the best deal possible. Seriously, don't look anywhere else for any mortgage needs you may have. They are the best!

  Very friendly and supportive staff. Russ was specifically helpful and good with communications. It was a smooth transaction for us to refinance our loan. Fee was excellent and we would recommend them to anyone needing a home loan. Overall Excellent service!

  My husband and I recently just purchased our first home. Hooray for adulthood! We decided to go with Wasatch Mortgage Solutions because of their fantastic reputation. We know and LOVE Jedd and the guys, and both think very highly of all of them. They were easy to work with, and made the process as easy as they could. We did hit a couple of snags along the way, but they ALL handled them with professionally. They were straightforward and direct with the help that they offered, which helped us remove any preexisting fears or concerns. The office was always open and inviting, allowing us to feel comfortable with our decision to purchase a home. They helped us research the financing decisions that would be best for our situation, and were willing to explain them a few times to BE SURE we understood them all.   Russ Truman at Wasatch Mortgage made our first time home buying experience easier than I ever thought possible. He helped us lock in on a GREAT interest rate and minimize all other costs and fees. We never felt like we were lost in the process or didn't understand the millions of documents we signed. Russ took the time to explain everything and would let us know what to expect next. We could contact him anytime and when we had a few unexpected hiccups with the sellers at closing time, he kept us as informed and updated on what was happening. He truly went out of his way to make this the best experience for us possible.   The staff at Wasatch Mortgage Company was AMAzING!! They communicated quickly and clearly, so we had no surprises. They were also able to get our loan closed earlier than we anticipated. These guys and gals are honest, hard working and we will use them in the future. Their fees are reasonable. We used Wasatch Mortgage for purchasing a home as well as for refinancing a home. Both times the process went smoothly. Both times we were impressed with the customer service. The staff treated us like real people. They were very kind and efficient.   We had the pleasure of getting to work with Jedd, and he was so hopeful. This was our first time purchasing a home, and he walked us through everything we would need to know about the mortgage and showed us each of the options for different types of loans. He didn't just show us the different types of loans, but explained the pros and cons to each kind of loan. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Wasatch Mortgage Solutions.

  Jedd was a huge help in every avenue. He was very good at keeping constant communication and jumped through some big hoops for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I priced out a lot of different companies and he had the best rates and gave me his best rate up front without haggling back and forth.
