  Working with Tyler was amazing. He made the process so easy and painless. Our previous experiences with past lenders were complicated and felt so long and drug out. We were hesitant to refinance because of those past situations, but we had heard so many good things about Tyler we gave it a shot, and we are so so glad we did! If you’re looking for a lender I couldn’t recommend Tyler more. He will make sure you get the best rate, make things as easy as possible, and have everything done so quick!

  I loved working with Tyler! He was very professional of course but had a lot of personality and got to know me a little bit through the process. If I had to do it all over again, than I would. I’d have no problem recommending him to my friends and family.

  We refinanced with Tyler and the process was so so easy. The entire process from application to closing was less than 3 weeks. Tyler was quick to answer questions and keep us updated on the status. The other lender we'd looked into was going to take 60 days to close and took days to respond to questions. It was a night and day difference switching to intercap, plus it saved us money. highly highly recommend Tyler!

  Tyler Smith was hands down the best loan officer we have had in any of our experiences with loans (which we have had several). He made things so simple for us. Getting documentation to him was sooo easy and everything we were able to do online up until our closing date. Things went smoothly and any questions we had he knew the answers to. He also helped us see how things would play out in the future so that we can be better prepared for our financial plans in the upcoming years. 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an easy loan process with many options!!
