  My husband and I recently purchased our second house and came to Greg for our loan. He was so great to work with and so knowledgeable. Having purchased a house once before we had worked with a different lender and had issues with communication, I was very pleased with how Greg handled any issues that popped up and kept us informed of each detail. I was also able to reach out to him at any time to ask questions or inquire about the process. With each step he took the time to explain everything in a way someone who isn’t very savvy about home loans could understand, which was very appreciated! Because we were selling and purchasing at the same time there were quite a few hiccups we encountered and I still felt very comfortable during the whole process and was extremely happy that we chose Greg as out lender. I would highly recommend Greg as a lender to anyone looking to buy a house and would definitely use his services again in the future.

  Greg and the staff at Ward Kilduff Mortgage have been instrumental on my husband and I's purchase of our new home. We have dealt with many different lenders before Greg and hands down without a doubt he is the best. He is always proactive, a great problem solver, extremely good at communicating with us throughout the transaction and we feel like we are truly have a teammate and being guided to the finish line. I am a 1099 so financing can be a bit trickier than for most and he was the first to roll up his sleeves and get creative to make this happen for us! Thank you Greg!

  Zack Pearson is a true professional! He is knowledgable, patient, and extremely flexible. He was always available during his own personal time to answer questions that we had about the loan process, which we truly appreciated! He is also accurate with loan estimate numbers which was a comfort as the process is exciting and stressful at the same time. I would recommend Zack to anyone who is trying to apply for a loan.
