  One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with, wish I would give them a zero. Can't process checks correctly, atms constantly breaking, avoid at ALL cost.

  Not Farmington Bank anymore. People are nice but no community bank feeling anymore. Lots of new hidden fees everywhere. Changing soon

  I stopped going to this location because some of the tellers would act like it was an inconvenience to process a simple transaction even though it is their JOB. So happy I closed all my accounts and switched banks.

  I appreciated the friendliness of the workers. If you go in with a smile and treat them with respect they are some of the kindest individuals I've had to deal with.
