    The board, manager Jill need to be booted. Ask manager Jill why she spreads false info about people. Dont be afraid, ask her when your doing business. This is your credit union, your part owner. Do you really want to bank here? Look at their review average. It would even be worse, but you have to give them 1 star. I wouldnt give them 1 star, you deserve better.

    I am so utterly disappointed in the poor phone customer service this credit union has become. The wait is often over five to ten minutes to even get a person on phone to help you if anyone answers at all. Then when someone does answer they usually don’t know how to help you or send you elsewhere to wait another ten minutes and I hang up more often than get assistance as I simply don’t matter to the credit union to have people answer the phone. It’s not a priority apparently. I’ve seen the service slip over the years but recently I needed a wire transfer and had to call back over THREE times to get anyone to answer after having waited over ten minutes each call and had to have my wire delayed for the next business day due to the lack of phone attention there which could have been a problem for my business transaction. I never thought I would say this, as I always kept Wanigas as a second bank to have an account...but I’m tired of begging them to help me with my money and I will be pulling my funds and closing the accounts due to endless effort to get help on the phone.

    This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I found out yesterday that I was getting federal funding direct deposited to my savings account. So I literally called to let them know and they magically closed my account today. How in the hell can they do that. So I called them non-stop to get answers and to see if my stuff was rejected. They can't tell me that because my account is closed. See I know that they are messing with my account because one branch talked badly about me to some people and so on. So this bank made it personal.

    Absolutely the best credit union/bank I’ve ever been to, I had the pleasure to work with Andrea and Julie to help me with my loan and it was the smoothest and nicest process I’ve ever been through! Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build you credit while being a member of an amazing credit union. I’m so blessed and thankful to have had the pleasure of being a member is such a bank! It’s Honestly changed our life! Thank you!!

    As soon as I pulled up the lady that was helping me was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask how to do what I was there to do because I didn't know how to go about doing it. She was so rude I was taken back..... I then asked for her name after everything was done she didn't respond. I had to hit the call button to get it and she had someone else answer her name was Karen but then someone else came on the speaker and said I'm the one who helped you my name is julie.... like wth how professional is that? I'm a new member this was my 2nd time in the drive thru I'm not impressed!!!!

    Poor customer service at best. Rude and unhelpful staff as well. You're better off with a bank than this place.

    I’ve been a member since 1997 my mom opened my account there when I was 7. This past Friday October 18th I went to use my card at target and it was declined. I checked my online banking to see if I was hacked because I knew I had money in there and all my money was there, luckily I had cash. I also went to old navy and tried to use it there thinking it may have been something with target, my card was declined again so I called the customer service on the back of the card they tried to tell me I was using my debit card as credit. I said how when it prompt me to enter my pin he suggested I go to the atm which I did and it was declined again. At this point I’m frustrated. Saturday morning I went on Shattuck branch to see if I could get some money out until Monday and asked them what’s wrong with my card the teller tells me I have an outstanding loan which I don’t I haven’t had a loan through them since 2010 and have a new car through a different bank now. The teller has the manger call my phone while I’m in the drive thru Amy the manager at the Shattuck branch tells me they are missing a signature or something for my acct and the person didn’t put a specific reason as to why my acct is in this state. I had to open another one from mines being hacked in June. I said you guys are just now telling me about this and that was way in June so I told her you know what it’s too many different reasons as to why my card isn’t working just give me all my money out. Amy stated she will call me Monday, I waited until 3 pm still no call so I went to the Bagley branch and closed my acct she finally calls me not even 5 mins later saying she was going to call me and didn’t want me to think she neglected me and the real reason was my Id doesn’t match my address on file. I’m wondering why was that hard to figure out and took you all day to find out as well as why was there so many other excuses. They do not value their long time customers I suggest do not bank with them, they tried to hold my money until Monday I had to get stern to get my own money out.

    Andrea the (teller) on Shattuck was extremely rude. Worst customer service ever. Definitely, going to follow a complaint with her Manager.

    I accidentally overdrafted my account and transfered money from another account right away. I was charged with four overdraft fees. I called the next day to see if they could help. I spoke with Kevin from the Bagley branch he helped reverse all four fees. I was not expecting this. Thanks Wanigas and Kevin for understanding things happen and you were more than grateful to help me out.
