  My fiancé and I recently opened up a joint account at Frankenmuth Credit Union about a month ago. When we went to activate our cards his debit card would not work, after contacting Nick, he was able to take care of the problem. Nick was helpful and was prompt on getting back with me as well as had positive communication skills. When opening my account I had a positive experience and we are happy to be switching to this credit union & hope that if there are future problems that arise, staff will take care of us with a smile.   If I could rate zero stars I would. I had made an arrangement with them on a loan and just because I needed to cash my check from work they refused until I paid 2 and a half times more than the agreed amount to pay. I will never be working with them again. Period. I have had nothing but issues with them.

  Such a great place to do all your banking needs. They will help you increase your credit score and many other options. Friendly people and environment! Highly recommended!

  Thanks to Kammi Malin I am saving over $600 dollars a month after consolidating a few bills. She was super informative and straight forward. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the fees, no one likes fees lol.

  Wish they had negative stars opened an account a week ago and yesterday tried to deposit money in the atm cant have to wait 30 days today tried to enroll in online banking cant have to wait so went to the atm to withdraw money cant said i have reached my max withdrawal and i have never withdrew any money at all poor poor poor bank to go thru they will screw u over any way they can closing the account today

  The only credit union that makes sense. They're not out to get you with fees and ridiculous rules. Straight forward and simple.

  A relative of mine had a fraudulent charge show up in their checking account. Its been a week and they are still “investigating” it. His account is negative, currently frozen and debit card is useless. He was told they are behind and nothing they can do to speed up the process. This is ridiculous.
