      Far as I can recall, never been anything other than completely satisfied with their service (Gratiot Rd branch). The only complaint that comes to mind is the online banking could use some better filtering and smarter transaction tagging (just off the top of my head).

      This bank is a joke! I dont bank here my fiancee does. We went in just to put me on his account. The teller Alicia was very unprofessional, she kept making rude noises because she didn't want to do her job. A guy in front of us was able to use their bathroom but when our 3yr. old had to go Alicia said she couldnt use the restroom. My fiancee is now closing his account with Team One as soon as he can get an appointment! This bank sucks

      I have only come here a few times, most of my business is done at the main branch on Hayden. Each employee has always been nice. The service was fine....no difference from the main branch.
