  I would recommend Wayne to anyone looking to purchase a home. We've been through the mortgage process several times but Wayne was by far the best we've worked with. He is genuine, always available when you call or text, explains everything extremely well throughout the process, and made us feel he was looking out for our best interest. He found us a loan type we didn't know existed and locked us in at the right time for a good rate. Building a house was very stressful, but working with Wayne was the one bright side to it all!

  Wane was amazing to work with! He was always available to help us when needed. He gave us a deadline of when we could close our home and, with his help we were able to close sooner than expected.

  Jesse, Wane, and the rest of the people at Academy Mortgage were great for us. We primarily worked with Jesse and throughout the whole process he was very helpful. He worked with our housing goals to find a loan that worked for us and along the way provided excellent service. When we made the offer on our home, we had forgotten to include our pre-qualification letter but our realtor contacted Jesse for this and he provided us with a letter within an hour, on a Wednesday night. There was never a problem we had during the entire home loan process. Closing costs were lower than we had budgeted for as well and Jesse provided us with a very accurate estimate of closing costs to expect. We will definitely use Academy Mortgage for our next home loan and will also recommend them to others.

  I was introduced to Wane out of college while buying my first home. 4 homes later + a refi and I wouldn't think to call anyone else. Wane is quick, fair, and clean. He is able to hone in on anything that might cause a hiccup in the process and able to work through all the options. Great to work with!
