  Wane Workman was amazing to work with. He worked from home, during the holidays, and was always professional, yet extremely friendly during our conversations. We appreciated being able to use text, email, and phone calls to take care of 100% of our work with him. My favorite thing about working with Wane, was that he covered our appraisal and credit check up front, then he was reimbursed when we closed. That was a huge risk for him to take! I had back surgery during this whole process, and being during the holidays, it was very convenient for us to not have to worry about the appraisal and credit report fee's. Thank you Wane for everything you did!!! Sandy Hoover is the best realtor out there, and her referral to you, was of course, THE BEST!!!

  I worked closest with Wane and Sheri, but I'm sure there were other people involved in the process. All of the experiences I had there were positive and I'm completely happy with the overall experience. Despite a couple of things that could have been potential setbacks, everything got arranged and resolved quickly and we ended up closing almost a week earlier than originally planned. I will definitely be using Academy Mortgage for future loans if I should have a need, and I will most definitely recommend them to family and friends. I'm now the owner of a townhouse that I LOVE and my family and I can have a home. I'm beyond happy.
