  Very beautiful location. Easily one of the most lively and green apartment communities. Customer service is top-notch and most issues are resolved in 24 hrs. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. 1 - Apartments are smaller (750* sqft for 1bedroom) and overpriced compared to ones nearby. 2 - Tennis court is not maintained well. Has lot of cracks and holes.

  I loved living here but Water outages are frequent these days. Today, from mrng 8am water outage is going on and still not resolved. It’s almost 14 hours without water. Worst thing is no one is able to provide any ETA. Also in such situation, water should be supplied via tankers for household, however, only provided with 1 liter drinking water only, if you walk down to their leasing office. These Water outages are getting frequent and starts with a minimum of 6 hours. Today it is more than14 hours and still counting.

  We know that any water outage is frustrating and creates a burden on our residents. Particularly, because we did experience one in September. Our crews worked through the night to have water service restored as soon as possible. We are replacing several of the main lines in the area where the issue occurred so as to prevent future issues.   Lovely location, most beautiful and amazing community of people. But have some fundamental problems, while maintenance will take care of simple matters promptly and with joy! For more serious issues, like AC: we've submitted 19 requests so far , they come next day, fix it and it breaks again in a few days or a week. Few years ago the whole building had a pest problem. It took battling with management and 2 years to take care of it finally... They also have thin soundproofing, I would really check your neighbors before moving in because if you live under a neighbor with an active large dog, or a young child that cries every morning and night(we experienced both)makes it impossible to sleep or live in peace. Therefore, while there is no more beautiful place in Atlanta, and believe me, it is AMAZING for its nature and surroundings. For these fundamental issues it makes it unlivable for a longer amount of time.. And it is a shame for such issues to stain their reputation.

  Mad expensive for barely up to par floor plans (low end dishwasher, appliances), there’s always something wrong with the water or electricity. Parking lot is normally full at night so I have to park on the other side of the complex. Don’t waste your money just because you want to live next to a river. This place is a trap. I’ve paid less for rent in other places with way better floor plans and water/electricity that never fails.

  A high recommendation to visit the Chattahoochee Coffee Co was my first impression of Walton on the Chattahoochee. Needless to say I was speechless. Where else can you be perfectly sandwiched by the busiest interstate, and yet feel like you live in a peaceful haven with a few minutes walk to the Chattahoochee River? Walton feels nothing like a stereotypical apartment complex. Everything is above and beyond from the first moments you drive through the campus, to the professional management team, to the stunning landscaping, and of course - the picturesque views of the Chattahoochee that make you feel like you live out West.

  My wife and I have lived at Walton on the Chattahoochee since January (~9 months). Let me say first, this is a fantastic place to live. We absolutely love it. :) The coffeeshop and river park are so enjoyable...we go for walks in the community almost every evening. We also love go by the on-site garden and pick tomatoes, okra, peppers, blueberries or whatever else is growing. The staff is excellent. I once had a pile of groceries to bring in from my car. And I had my baby daughter to carry in as well...a staff person nearby offered to help me get the groceries so I could do it in one trip. Wow! This community is perfectly located nearby 75 and 285. For us, it takes us less than 20 mins to get most places we like to go in Atlanta. And for Atlanta with it's traffic issues, that's very good. Also, this place is surrounded by beautiful spots for outdoor activities. There's the Bob Callan Trail, the Cochran Shoals Trails, the river (of course), and more. Three words (sort of). ... Bar-B-Que. Heirloom is probably the best BBQ place in ATL. and it's literally right outside the community. Our maintenance requests have been taken care of very quickly. We use the on-site gym almost daily. We love it. We also love having so many grilling areas available for us to use. :) Also, there are two pools on-site. But all that aside, I'd say the best part of living here is the people. We've gotten to know so many wonderful, friendly people here. I don't know about you, but most apartments are complexes where people basically come home to sleep. This truly lives up to it's claim of being a "community." If you're looking for a warm, friendly environment, look no further.

  The best apartment in Vinings, GA. Mostly singles or young couple in their 30's, most cat or dog owner, breath taking river view by the leasing office. Famous coffee shop (I like it better than Starbucks) I made good friends here. I left my apartment & car doors unlock and never got stolen. Safe community. They have farmers MKT 1st Saturday of the month, yoga, boot camp, 24 hours gym, free book every month. Running group every week, outdoors movie nights once a month where families with kids and their dogs lay by the blanket and watch movies and mingle with neighbors. Lots of running trail, got its own mini hiking trail, outdoor chairs are every where so I can sit and read a book underneath the trees, off leash doggie park. All of them are free to the residence. I love this place. Con: I signed a 6 months lease and didn't give them 60 days notice (because my roommate who promised to continue the lease but then backed out at the last minute) and I'm stuck with another 60 days after I moved out. So I ended up paying for 2 places. But I heard that its quite common.

  I have lived in 12 apartment communities in States, over close to a decade now, across 4 cities and Walton on the Chattahoochee is by far the best community we have lived in. We stayed here for more than an year and moved out only because we had to move to another city for job. Firstly, the location of this apt community is the best. Close to nature, accessibility to river - mornings and evenings are mesmerizing alike. Sound of the water flowing down is a stress buster.. I was introduced to this place by colleague saying its like living in a resort and I concur now. Secondly, maintenance requests are a pain everywhere, unless there is somebody like Walton management who target to resolve requests within 24 hours, we raised several maintenance requests during our stay and I can think of none which wasn't resolved the same day. I do not know how some people have different experience with office staff, I was surprised and found it very contrary to the environment I have experienced at leasing office ALWAYS. Walton management, who puts Max. 1-day SLA on maintenance requests, gives out free monthly books/novels to all residents, conducts several activities for single-moms-spl., all residents, board game nights, pizza-night, discounts on city events tickets, vegetables garden and so much more, they come out far ahead of any other leasing company in business in caring for the people. There is no doubt about that. We have had some most wonderful memories living here and a big credit goes to Walton for keeping the place like that. With Lot of Gratitude- Thanks!

  Warning, if you move here you will live with constant construction all over the neighborhood that will continue for the next year. We were given little to no compensation for the construction and all the inconveniences caused by this such as constantly moving my car due to parking construction, water shut offs, etc. I would not recommend. Better to just visit the coffee shop and enjoy the lawn in your spare time.

  When you come first time you will have free coffee this is the biggest trap ((becerfull)) Management and staff are friendly until you sign the lease, as soon as you're a resident they simply can't care less about you and your concerns. The until is very very old doesn’t worth any thing don’t move there you can found a lot Apartment near to cheaper than 2 times. They are a lot of rappers they stolen a lot of thing on my front. They say we refund 300$ when you bringing friends they lying they didn’t gives any thing. Toooooo many dogs around apartment every day some dogs Leaves the waste front and back yard and no one clean Don’t waste your money just because you want to live next to a river. This place is a trap. A lot of fun people Accessing the gate with out any thing or for Coffee public you can visit this place any time like public place
