  Staff is always helpful and patient when I call with a question. We have used them for over 18 years. We've had a few small claims in that time and 2 large ones. Claims are processed promptly and efficiently. They fought the manufacturer of our hot water heater when it burst and caused damage. They followed up for 16 months and were able to get our deductible back for us. Great company, highly recommend.

  It’s great being able to talk face to face with Jeremiah and not having to drive far to the agency! He explained everything clearly, better coverage than our previous insurance company, and we’re saving a lot of money with Erie Insurance!

  7 years ago, someone recommended Erie Insurance to me. I was in need of an Auto policy & Renters insurance. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Eric Ebert came to my residence to provide a quote, which was very convenient. He thoroughly answered all my questions. His quote was affordable and definitely much cheaper than my previous auto policy. It was a no brainer to switch to Erie Insurance. What I like most is, as long as theres no changes or accidents, my auto policy renewal amount remains the same each year. Office staff are always accessible. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I will always recommend Erie.

Since that time our insurance needs have grown, and Kathy has been my go-to agent for everything including multiple homes, cars, RV, life, and other personal property insurance.   I lost my husband recently, and Erie was so helpful and compassionate especially Kathy, who went above and beyond anything I expected of an insurance company. She made herself available for me, and even listened as I talked about my husband, (which I'm sure was NOT in her job description) but she was so kind and sympathetic. To me that is what an insurance company should be, people to people and that's what I love about Erie. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
