  We just bought our 3rd new Subaru from Wagner Subaru. The sales staff are all friendly and helpful with no pressure and will give you their lowest price without any haggling or negotiating. The service department is absolutely, hands-down the best anywhere. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner for service and the work is done quickly but thoroughly. We'll be in the market for a used car for our son and there's no question that we will return to Wagner.

  We had a great experience purchasing our Impreza at Wagner Subaru. Mike Reed was fantastic to work with. This was the easiest car-buying experience we've ever had. They really live up to their mission of providing an easy, no-hassle purchase. It was well worth the drive for the purchase, and based on that, we're strongly considering driving up for service, too.

  Overall really great experience. Easy to purchase a car without feeling pressured. Mike Reed was helpful, answered all our questions, and allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles to help us determine the exact car we wanted. Definitely recommend Wagner if purchasing a Subaru.

  Old school trustworthiness! They treat you like family. I really can't say enough positive things about Wagner Subaru and Subaru as well. For context I used to work in the automotive industry and until I interacted with Wagner, I would never ever trust a car dealership. Wagner has my complete and total trust and loyalty. Time and time again, service after service, they have taken care me and my car, far beyond any expectations. The service manager Wayne and his staff have bent over backwards to keep my old but precious Outback on the road. Recently my car had a major issue that was a vehicle safety issue, Wayne took it upon himself to contact Subaru directly to see if they could help. Mind you, my car is way out of warranty period. Subaru agreed to help and covered most of the huge bill. I was literally in tears when he told me the news. In a day and age when it seems like you can't trust anyone, I assure you that you can trust Bo Wagner and his staff. Like all of us, I'm sure they make mistakes and have issues, but I am confident they would do anything they can to resolve any issue that comes up, and make it right. Very few businesses make me wish I could afford to buy more of their products and services. But Wagner Subaru is at the top of that list right now.

  Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Nobody wasted my time with tiring sales tactics or deceptive payment math. They didn't try to talk up the car or haggle me on my trade in. Claire was extremely helpful every step of the way. She kept me up to date on where my car was, availability, and laid out all the pricing options I was curious about. It was an extremely low-stress experience, which is unheard of when trying to purchase a new car. If you're looking for a Subaru, Wagner really is the only place to consider going.

  Never had a bad experience until today. Steve in service is completely unprofessional. Told me they would not honer an oil change they promised months ago, and questioned my integrity. Wagner Subaru gets a 5 star without Steve in service. As a customer I have never been talked too with such disrespect. Hopefully his supervisor does a review on his character and finds a way to correct this behavior.

  My salesman Leonard did an amazing job and was able to handle my transaction of a car smoothly. Highly recommend Wagner Subaru. I have purchase two vehicles from them in the past and they are very helpful.

  After shopping around testing many different vehicles from several companies. We made several trips to Wagner's and decided on the Crosstrek! The car is amazing and I believe the best value of all that we tested. The employees are very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend Wagner for your next vehicle purchase!

  Bought a new 2016 Forester, which was our first new car purchase, and was very happy with the experience. Our salesperson, Greg, casually took us through the sale without an ounce of pressure (probably helps when we've already picked out our car online), held a new vehicle off the truck for a day, gave us good NADA/KBB trade in value for our car, and spent about an hour and a half after the dealership closed showing us how to work every single feature from the EyeSight system to setting the clock in the car before we drove it off the lot. Their Subaru military purchase program participation made the deal even better. Would definitely buy here again.

  We recently bought a car from Leonard, I e-mailed what we were interested in and by the time we got there the car was ready and waiting for a test drive. We were happy with the trade in value we got and he made the paperwork and process very easy. Will shop here again for the next car.
