      Nice facility. Wish the customer service can match. we stopped by this branch because we were in the area. Turns out this was the worst service we’ve experienced at any WaFed branches. There was no customer waiting at the time. But I had to wait a good 10+ minutes to be served. And their computer was running very slow. The cashier was not courteous; unlike other branches.

      I've been banking with Washington Federal since 2006 when they were First Mutual Bank. I recommend them to my clients that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken in Everett, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, and South Snohomish County. Why? Because unlike US Bank, they allow free downloads into both of those software packages. And their statements are easy to read.
