  I have been business banking with Washington Federal for almost 5 years. While I may have minor complaints about Wafed overall as a organization, the staff that works at this location are great. Specifically Nancy, the bank manager, has always been kind and attentive to my business's needs.

  So far so good. I quit Bank of A$$HOLES aka AmEriKuhhh. Jerk$. About to quit bank of AlbuCRAPPY because even after notifying them multiple times that my ATM card was stolen they keep trying to get money from me. HA! Yeah right! Also jerk$ They can be a little slow at times and their ATM is broken a lot but blame the machines for that one. The people that work there are pretty nice. I've been inside thrice and it was nice. They're fast with postal mail which is twice as nice. Good at counting money, as they should be! I'll stick with them for now....

  Worst Customer Service experience of my life. That bad! Don't go there. Nancy Olsen the bank manager like a demon from the pit. Way to not treat people
