  Brandon Rhodehouse is absolutely amazing. Due to the Covid I had to just call and email him to ask for help in applying for the PPP loan. I didn’t have a membership with his company, but he walked me through every bit of it. He promptly returned my phone calls and emails. He truly did more for me than his job description says. I may not have qualified for the loan, but I will be moving my accounts over. I would HIGHLY recommend Washington Federal Bank for all your banking needs.

  I want to give a shout out to Brandon Rhodehouse, the Branch Manager at the Idaho Falls Branch of Washington Federal. I am a realtor and I had a frustrating situation that with most larger banks would have take forever to resolve. We needed Brandon's help to resolve it even though he would not be compensated for his efforts. He cheerfully got right on it and helped us get to a solution. This situation would normally take months and months to resolve and he did it in two weeks. 5 Stars!!

  When I first opened my account the branch manager came to my place of business to shake me down for a huge discount. I was appalled! My account with WAFD is only used for deposits only and my account was closed stating that my account is a risk account and also I failed to provide show them my new driver license since it expired. I have several accounts with other banks for many years and they have never asked me to show them my driver license every time it expires. 😒

  We recently purchased a home in Idaho Falls and our Realtor recommended that we finance the home through Washington Federal. We met with Brandon Rhodehouse and Carolyn Harwood, and they expertly guided us through the loan process from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced and they worked hard to make sure our loan was approved. They gave us an estimated time frame for funding, and they met that deadline. Everyone at the bank was friendly and helpful, and we’re glad to have established a new banking relationship at Washington Federal. We highly recommend them to anyone needing real estate loans or checking and savings accounts. They’re the best!
