  Excellent local staff. However the greater corporate management is out of touch with their customers and science. Once again the lobby is closed forcing customers into the "wild west" of trying to jockey into position and the long waits that also result. I've "done my part" and am vaccinated and I am even willing to wear a mask indoors, but this is ridiculous and does not even follow the science, especially considering death rates are 1/5 that of of the previous spikes and the vast majority are those who made the choice to go un-vaciinated. I will shop around at the beginning of the year when I consolidate my business and personal accounts

  Use this banks Atm and they'll charge you a fee. Then they wont exchange bills unless you jump through hoops. NO customer service. Skip this bank or wait until it's swallowed by a bank that acually values customers..👎

  I've gone through this business as my Personal Indigenous Bank close to 15 years. They have helped me on any questions I asked and made sure I leave them with a smile. I never had a problem with my accounts, never lost a penny through Washington Federal.
