  Natalie Zavala goes the extra mile for her clients! My day would have been many more times stressful if she had not helped me with a notary! Everyone else is great too! I have never had a bad experience, and have been banking with Washington Federal for years.

  I LOVE this Bank! The service is outstanding!! I always leave with a smile on my face because the folks who work there make me feel like I left my friend's home! I actually closed my accounts with three other banks because WA Federal's service blew the competition away! Thank you to Colette for your incredible customer service and to all the other hard- working employees that work here, too!

  Went to go deposit my check and they put a hold on it without letting me know until it was too late, I could have cashed it at my other bank.
