  Great service I have used this location since they were across the street. Love their interest free layaway program it's great for jewelry or firearms. Wonderful selection of a variety of different items I really like their gun section and firearm team Remi Crystal Taylor are all extremely knowledgeable and help if there are any questions. The store manager Shaney goes above and beyond to help her customers and is friendly with everyone. I would recommend this location to everyone to at least check it out.

  Did a layaway for a fire arm paid in full for it while was waiting for my background check they sold my gun to someone else, charged me 33% restocking fee on the gun that's fully paid for!!!! People watch out for this scammers!!!! Called police they won't do anything because it's a civil matter, no lawyers want to touch this because money is not great, so they run business as a professional scammers!!!!

  Went in knowing the price of a laptop I wanted to sell, as I just got it a few months ago. The young girl, crystal, looked me straight in the face and said it was worth 100 bucks brand new. A 600 dollar laptop. That's ridiculous. Good to know ripping people off is a thing around here. Never recommending this place.

  Walked into the store here in Mount Vernon had great deals there I was asked 15 minutes into my visit if I need help i said yes and and he said they would be right over to help.. I have been here for an hour and no service..what a shame i could have easily spent $1000 in there... maybe instead of standing around and gossiping try helping out your customers. Just sayn

  This is the only pawn shop I will go to. Everybody has always been so helpful and nice and has worked with me on any issues, which isn't anything. Great environment, I love coming in and joking with them, just like friends. I'm bad at remembering everyone's names, but thank you everyone at this store. The one name I do remember the best, is Daniel. He always seems to talk me into buy a new gun. They treat you with the same respect, that you give back. They are a good place and good friendly people.

  Okay all of you all that are putting down this place you got to understand they're interest-based company that has to do a lot of work and they have to pay for what they do to make sure the backgrounds on the items that you get paid for or buying are legal that's one thing then they got to pay their employees and then then they got to trust you you got to understand that not everybody's truthful and in saying that yeah their prices are a little high on laptops but you can probably negotiate you know it's not the end I'll be all

  Great friendly staff a regular customer there I buy and also pawn stuff whenever I need extra money they're always there to help no hassles I go in there with my ID and in less than 5 minutes I'm walking out the door with dollars time to go pick up and they're always friendly and I love their firearms selection
