  Wade was AMAZING to work with! My husband and I were young, first time home buyers, so of course walking into the house market was pretty scary. Wade made everything so easy and simple on our end, we honestly felt like we did no work at all! He is very personable, reliable, and got the job done so fast and efficiently.
