  The accountant doing my taxes for the past 10 years decided to retire leaving me to find someone else. I ended up with someone that came from a financial auditing background that decided to moonlight as a tax preparer. Needless to say, that was a one and done experiment. I learned that a financial background does not necessarily make you a good tax preparer. So, off into the wild world I went trying to find someone to trust with all of my financials as well as my wife's small business financials. It was recommended by a family member to give Eric Waddy a call. Needless to say, I was nervous given the failures of 2019. However, Eric put me at ease right away. He's knowledgeable and I could immediately tell that I was in good hands. Waddy Tax is not a company that's new to this. They know what they are doing and it's apparent right away. I found a new tax preparer.. at least until he decides to retire.

  If you are looking for someplace to go for accounting services Eric at Waddy accounting is the man to see. His office is very welcoming and he uses uses state-of-the-art software in order to help manage your financial needs. His office staff is very kind and pleasant.   Great service from Eric and his team! I've been looking for an accountant for my yoga business and Eric spent a lot of time with me to learn the ins and outs of how I wanted to grow my business in terms of filing taxes. I learned so much just on my initial visit.

  If I could have given him no stars I would have. He failed to prepare my taxes correctly. I ended up owing the state of MD close to 3 grand and he failed to file an addendum to my tax return so I didn't even get the full amount owed. If you want a good tax preparer for the upcoming tax season, go with Karen Brockington, llc.

  I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the service we offered. As an Enrolled Agent we have ethical standards that require us to file your taxes based on tax laws or we can be subject to substantial penalties.

  Very very disappointed with their services last year. So much so that we will not be using them again this year. We had all our information to them by the end of February and they waited until the last day to file in April to file our taxes. Not only that but they severely over charged us for them to use turbo tax (the documentation we got from them all said "Turbo Tax" on it).

  Thank you for your feedback. However, in order for us to process your tax return we needed your signatures which we didn't receive until April. We do not use Turbo Tax so I'm not sure where you saw it.

  Very professional , I have never had a problem being serviced , staff is wonderful , good experienced for me for 8 or so years getting my small business in order the right and lawful way .
