Zay's Automotive5I was dealing with Terri Morris to get a car loan, and she was amazing! Literally took the time to explained what credit means, and how to build it! Basically change my life and gave me all the options to help rebuild my credit. Best experience in a bank ever!

Kristen Rajak5I'm a new business owner and was ready to establish my business accounts. My schedule opened up and I was by the Bartram Park VyStar location so I decided to pop in and see if they could take care of me. I am SO GLAD I did! Helmeth and the whole crew were friendly and they congratulated me on my new business! Helmeth is personable and made the process was simple and straightforward. I am so grateful for the kindness and encouragement I received from all of the employees and I hope they know they have a client for life.

Jay Will5My Fiancé and I went in to setup a joint wedding/honeymoon account. The service provided by Shanequa Burficit was exceptional. She answered all “million” of my questions and made the whole experience very pleasant. The whole team there was friendly and warm. I would definitely recommend using that VyStar for any of ur banking needs.

Lala L1Edit: online and mobile down for me for going on 4 weeks. I have switched banks. I highly recommend going to a different placr to keep your money Mobile and online banking down for 5 days. This is unacceptable. Then I try to call Magic Touch for account balances and it is also down. Then I decide to chat with someone... Vychat is down.. Then I try calling the contact center and I keep getting a recording "Vystar is experiencing a high call volume and cannot take your call at this time".... I try calling 4 different branches... no answer... I have no access to funds unless I go to a branch which is really inconvenient. Switching banks this weekend and I highly recommend you do the same.

Jacob Maust3I love VyStar as a bank but this specific location on old St Augustine rd has some of the worst wait times out of all the branches I visit. If you’re in a hurry probably not the best location to go to.

Sasha Baquero5I have been a member for almost 10 years and I usually always get great customer service inside the branches but lately I have been frustrated with the online customer service . Today Terry went above and beyond with her customer service! She listened with empathy and solved my situation. VyStar should be extremely appreciative to have such an asset working for their company. Thank you Terry for being so kind, Knowledgeable and understanding.

Michael Eisen5Manager was incredibly friendly upon entering. Kept giving updates on how long our wait would be to open an account. Shanequa was incredibly patient and friendly during the entire process, helping my mother who just moved to the area. Made what could have been a trying experience enjoyable.

Robert Phillips5Terri Morris Relationship specialist She helped me with refinancing my car. She took the time two help me with financing step-by-step. She went above and beyond Call of duty to even help me try to get a loan to possibly trade my car in to get a newer one. She was there every step of the way and made a process very easy. Everyone at that branch has always been friendly and courteous and very helpful anytime I have been there. Definitely recommend this branch for all Vystar members
