  HFG made our "buying a house" process so easy. Clint and Wendy are efficient and knowledgeable in what they do. We had zero communication issues. If I called or emailed, I had a response that day. Great company to work with during a stressful time of packing and moving! We would absolutely work with them again!

  My loan officer professed she new the first time homebuyers program I was using. She ignored the guidelines and cost me to Lose out on several homes that I really really liked telling me she didn’t feel comfortable lending me a certain amount of money, but suddenly my realtor and she found a home for me that they both felt was perfect and she ended up pre-approving me for $13,000 more Then she originally felt comfortable with. She knew none of the program that I was under and she was hesitant to call and ask and follow my community leader Director of the program so I have a home that I really did not pick as my first choice. The home didn’t have an oven or refrigerator or a dishwasher she decided what I should have in the home so I have a range that does not work and a dishwasher I do not use it just cost me a lot of money and as a low income first time home buyer and under the program I am sitting one month later in a financial crisis because she wouldn’t listen to the Director or myself about what my options for loans or I would never advise anyone to use this woman if you are on any first time homebuyer program
