  Mrs. Brenda and Mr Aaron at the Fayetteville Branch was the best, they were very friendly, prompt and courteous. They greeted me with smiling faces and were very pleasant, I loved doing business with them. They were awesome.

  I have been a member at vision financial credit for a lot of years. Mrs pam water is the best. She goes way and beyond helping her members. I will recommend any one to become a member. She always has a smile greeting you.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst bank in the history of banks. Have had nothing but issue after issue. Look past all the “great reviews” from about a month ago. They must’ve been running a promotion for leaving a positive review cause they are so worthless

  I am a shared branching member and this location is the only bank I will go to!! The staff is hands down the BEST!! They are always so happy and welcoming, remember me by first name and are always willing to help me with my banking needs! The entire staff deserves a raise!!

  I absolutely love this credit union .I became a member through my job and even though I live in Myrtle Beach S.C. it never stops them from treating me as I’m one of their home customers . From getting loans , to opening new accounts and my many requests for debit cards and password resets . They have been a life savor . Even though I’ve worked with several members there my favorite would have to be Taylor Thomas . She walks me through all the steps from start to finish . If you don’t have an account get one now I promise you won’t regret it !

  Always friendly and helpful.. I've been banking with them for many years and never had any issues that wasn't able to be resolved. Once they know who you are it's like you're family.

  I truly love my bank and the people that work there. They're always helpful, the fees are actually reasonable in comparison to other banks, and they have great savings plans and loans.
