  I am a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. I represented my own home listing of which the buyers picked Virginia Title as their processor. In my short 3 yrs of selling homes, VA Title was by far the best team i have ever worked with. From the communication with Leah to the closing with Lisa, it was just 10 star service. They are professional, personable and quick. My settlement was today at 1pm. by 2:30pm all of my funds hit my bank account. No need to go anywhere else for your title work.

  While service was fine, this company is much more expensive than other closing companies and they nickel and dimed me for everything. I wish I did my homework.
