  There are far better deals elsewhere. The drive safe program is the most intrusive in the industry. Do not let the kindness fool you while you are shopping for insurance. It fades quickly after you become their customer.

  A+ customer service. I am always treated with kindness and superb customer service. My agent, Tim and his crew, namely Michelle and Myra are truly the best I’ve ever worked with as they always go above and beyond for us. I’ve been with Tim and his crew for many years and receive nothing short of what you expect to get from a top notch insurance company!   I have been with Tim's office since I moved to Virginia in 2006, and have always received personal attention when the need was there. His staff is friendly, and there to help in a time of need. Whether an auto claim or letting me know I could use my renter's insurance on my storage unit when I had to move. I never would have even thought about that. I would highly recommend him and his team. Thank you all for 14 years of dedication. Barbara I've had State Farm since I got my first car and lived in Pennsylvania, and have never thought of changing. A lifelong customer.

  I have had Tim Duray as long as I have had a license and I don't ever plan on leaving. He will fight for you if you ever have any issues, like when my apartment complex was being difficult about the insurance. I also always know that I am getting the best coverage. They have helped me to get all of the possible discounts and they are very quick to respond. Michelle has helped so much with dealing with corporate for me.

  I've been doing business with Tim's State Farm office for many years. They handle all of my insurance needs: my businesses, autos, home, and rental properties. I get great advice for levels of coverage needed and I feel that I always get the appropriate coverage for a reasonable price. When I need assistance like COIs for my clients or advice about anything insurance-related, they are very responsive. I highly recommend Tim and his staff!

  Want to share an experience I recently had dealing with an auto accident. I haven't been involved in an accident in many years. Recently a deer decided to run into my car while I was driving at 45 mph. Luckily no one was hurt, but I was pretty upset. I made one phone call to State Farm and they took care of the rest. They recommended a body shop nearby that they deal with. I called them and when I arrived they looked over the car and a rental car showed up as we were standing by my car. I was there for 15 minutes! During the week I received emails explaining the estimate and damage done to the car along with an estimate completion date. The car was ready 4 days early and was in perfect condition. Walked in, signed a form, gave them the rental car key, and they gave me my key along with documentation as to what was done and how to care for the car. This entire process was simple, efficient and couldn't have been any easier. I am extremely satisfied.

  Ha! Isn't that the worst! People probably think you are joking, but yep, I would say half the time (both times in my case personally) it's the deer that runs into the car, not vice versa! Glad you are ok Glenn, and happy to hear that car looks good as new.

The team makes sure that your insurance policy includes the important options that will be the best protection for you, your home, and your vehicles, but also work hard to save you money wherever possible.   Smooth process of getting my car repaired. They took care of contacting the Collision place and the rental company all I had to do was show up. They let me know what my deductible was ahead of time so that I could be prepared. Great service!

  Tim and his staff are always very responsive when I call or email. I like to review my policies at least annually, and they are always helpful and actually go beyond great service to ensure I understand all of the (sometimes) confusing terms related to insurance. Tim is always looking out for my best interest, to make sure nothing gets missed. Don't hesitate to give them a try, it is a pleasant experience!

  I called to add a vehicle to my policy and as always, Nicole was super helpful, informative and answered all of my questions. I received a temp ins card in minutes as she said I would. Highly recommend this office if anyone is looking for friendly and responsive service! A+++
