  ATM in a lobby. Lobby has a guard who will not let customers use the ATM. The ATM is roped off for access without entering the rest of the building. Having ATM’s inaccessible is part of why this downtown area is dying, being economically suffocated. Virginia Credit Union is not supporting the community.

  ATM closed, also won't take a deposit at ATM so better be sure to be off work during business hours

  I recently switched over from Wells Fargo (an awful, evil corporate monster) and have really enjoyed my experience with VCU thus far. Their interest rates put Wells Fargo to shame, and they are far more customer friendly. I don't know why I waited this long. Jacqueline at the East Broad Street branch helped me set up my account and was extremely helpful and efficient and provided me with a ton of helpful information. Credit unions are the way to go.

  Parking is a headache! And customer service here is poor. There is an atm right next door in a residential building that you aren’t able to use after hours because security won’t let you in. Pick a better location for that atm! The nearest one is NOT full service and the other option is going into DMV which closes at 5 5:30! There is no 24 hour VACU atm downtown. Smh

  Went during open hours and the doors were locked, security guard wouldn't let me to the ATM even tho hours were 9-5 and it was only 9:30 when i got there.

  Cashiers are fine, the rest of the staff is so slow, you're at a Sunday tea with grandma & her friends. Nothing gets done, you never get help.

  Always friendly staff here! Not ever really busy when I go. It is hard to park though as its downtown

  This institution will nickle and dime you to death. Used to be a great choice, but they have gotten greedy over the years. I'm taking my business elsewhere......
