  One of the absolute worst bank branches I've ever been to. Sat for an over an hour waiting and overheard the tellers insult every customer after they left. The young white guy should honestly be fired. Insanely unprofessional.

  was exploring the city and went inside to look around and was shortly after told to leave even though there's an ATM and coffee shop inside and the people at them had no issues and even said hi and the person i was with uses them as their bank and despite that we were still told that we weren't allowed inside we were also given no other reason as to why they just said that we can't be in there overall im not angry just confused and slightly frustrated as a result if your going to visit a building while exploring i would instead recommend the bank of america building just down the street and the only reason we went inside there was because i had never used a revolving door and wanted to try it out and they didn't mind at all just kind of laughed with us so i dont know what the case is here but it apparently isnt excepting visitors

  Amazing customer service. Gigi was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful while assisting me with my account! (Plus all of my problems were solved, so that’s a plus)

  ATM took my cash deposit and put it in Lala land. On a sunday of all days. Switching banks once I get my money. Pretty senseless with the technology we have for an ATM to cut off during a transaction. Very convenient to say the very least. 0/0

  I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with the employees at this office to try to resolve a problem with writing checks against my Suntrust checking account, which caused me to incur excess fees. Unfortunately, even though I did nothing wrong in writing the checks (I'm an adult and I've written hundreds of checks in the past without any issues), Suntrust refused to reimburse me for the excess fees even though they were the ones who caused the problem. If I could give them zero stars I would. Please look elsewhere for a bank. If Suntrust was the last bank on earth I still wouldn't use them.

  I am extremely disappointed that its been over 2 days for Suntrust to update their on line banking site. What is the problem? It should not take that long to update. It is Monday evening now, I hope and expect site to be operational by Tuesday a.m. I know few people who have expressed same disappointment

  I have been with this bank for many years and now very disappointed. They charged an NSF fee of $36 because the transaction was off $1. I thought that by speaking the clerk they would waive the NSF fee since I've been with them so long, but they would not. Hard to believe this would happen with other banks.

  Worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I was hung up on several times on purpose. They refused to fix my problem. Def leaving them as an institution.

  Other businesses and law firms as well. SunTrust is just the main tenant in the building. Building security isn't the best trained.
