  Very dissatisfied! The workers are very rude and unprofessional. Plus, when u get a title loan, they put a GPS device on the car. The worst part is when you make a payment only part of it goes towards the balance, while the other part goes towards that stupid auto club insurance. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. If I can help it, I don't want to EVER go back.

  I've gotten 3 loans in the last 5 years. I've never had a problem with them. Always so helpful. Also bought 2 cars here and never had a problem with them either.

  I have had a number of loans with VIP Finance Arlington. I love them, they have always been understanding and worked with me, even when I had so many problems and issues. Thanks again VIP... I am a long term customer!

  Awesome customer service and people skills they get you and work harder than anyone I know to help the best way possible, I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommended them for any loan or even buying a car, they make sure everything is properly.

  I used VIP out of necessity... They offered me more than I needed on my vehicle... I only took what I needed though... I have since been late several times with no late fees or penalties... They have also refinanced me several times when I was late to catch me up and once or twice to give me more money... They have always been curtious and professional... I don't like the break down insurance (auto club) mainly because I have never had a mechanic put their hands on my car because I do my own work, however, even with paying for that, it is still cheaper than paying upward of 400% interest... If you're in a pinch and there is just no other means of getting funds, go there... Great people, great service, and great value considering the alternatives...

  My experience with this company has been great. They are very nice and friendly. If I'm having trouble paying on time they worked with me and assisted me with my finance issues.
