  We worked with Randy, he was always quick to respond with any answers or concerns we had with both email and text and even during the one weekend that we did have during the process.   GreenStreet mortgage provides services to there clients on a level that is un parallel. When I was looking to buy my first home and looking for mortgage brokers, getting pre-approvals ect. I was given one option and one I treat rated. When I found GreenStreet Mortgage, they took the time to explain all of my options and gave the detailed explanations I was looking for on how the mortgage process worked. They took the time to educate me on all the different types of loans, how the rates are picked, and what decisions are made when trying to finalize the loan. The more questions I had the more willingness there was to spend time with me and make sure I understood things clearly, and that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. Not only were they helpful on there explanations, they take care of you like family, are responsive to texts and emails even when they were sent well out of normal work hours. If you are working with them you can be sure they will be giving you the same advice they would be giving there own family. They have your back and want the very best for you, your family and your financial success.
